The location was amazing, right next to the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the pub. The separate unit we stayed in was clean and tidy, with well-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge furniture. The staff, especially the young ones, were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. 10 out of 10!
It was a bit difficult to find the light switch, which was a bit of a bummer. the male owner seemed tense and unsmiling, especially when he mowed the lawns early in the morning, causing a lot of noise and disturbance.

The well-equipped kitchen created a great communal atmosphere where I could connect with fellow travelers. The location was ideal, with a short walk to famous Pancake Rocks and blowholes. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

The location of the hostel was excellent, just a few hundred meters down the road from the famous Pancake Rocks. The views from the hostel were breathtaking, with the ocean right in front of it and cliffs above. the hostel was extremely clean throughout, which was a big plus. The unlimited WiFi provided actually worked well, and the free tea and coffee were a nice touch.
While the hostel itself was great, there wasn't a huge amount to do in the immediate area. However, this didn't take away from the overall experience as the hostel made up for it.

The location of this beachfront hostel is absolutely stunning, with impressive views of the wild Abel Tasman Sea. the spacious rooms come with a small heater to keep warm, and the kitchen is well-equipped and really clean. the friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, and there are enough shower and toilet facilities available. Being right on the beach, it's the perfect spot to watch the sun set.
